Do customers need to download an app?

No, and there is nothing for them to install. Tap reading is built into the phone itself: iPhone 7 and newer, and effectively every modern Android. From the iPhone XR onward, and on Android, the card is read straight from the lock screen; iPhone 7, 8 and X read it through the NFC reader in Control Centre.

Can I change where a card points after I get it?

Yes, at any time. The cards are reprogrammable, so if your handle, listing or menu ever changes, message us and we will repoint the same card for you. There is no need to reorder.

How much does a card cost?

One card is $15, and the price per card drops as the quantity goes up. $27 for two, $40 for three, down to $115 for ten. Stands start at $25 and coins are $33 for a pack of ten. The full table is on the deals page.
